We are pleased to announce that some important changes have been made to the SMS Central system that brings several important benefits for users.
If you do not yet have a free account, please contact us by emailing matt AT plusone.com.au and we can set it up. Remember there is no cost to set up the account.
ENHANCEMENTS
We have now moved away from a pay as-you-go system, to a pre-purchase messages model.
The benefit to you is you can now save the previous administration fee each send, making small list messages viable. This means a messages to tightly focused groups can be easily done and you only pay the 14 cents per message, without the administration fee imposed at all. You can purchase from as little as $10 worth of messages (71 messages) up to $200 (1428 messages). You can of course purchase several lots of message credits. They do not expire.
Responses to database
Now you can get response messages databased on the system. A one-click function allows this database to be emailed to you for printing or you can view online. This allows any critical followup communications to be made more efficient by limiting the phone calls required to who do not respond within a time frame you set, or use the response function for an efficient communication tool with client etc. Replies are assigned to the most recent message
sent from a particular list.
Auto-opt out
There is the ability to set an opt-out mechanism that will remove contacts from a list. This is an optional inclusion in messages.
Future enhancements
Will include the ability to send single messages – ideal for reminders for appointments, responding to inbound messages etc.
If you do not yet have an account, please contact us by emailing matt AT plusone.com.au and we can set one up so you can visit the new interface and see how easily you can use SMS to reduce communications costs, increase staff efficiency and enhance quality of service. Remember there is no cost to set up the account and no obligation to send messages.
