It has been interesting to see how employers are thinking more about their employees this Christmas.
How do I know? Easy…the number of employers who are ordering caricatures of their staff as Christmas gifts.
Neat idea hey!
Some have just the staff member, head and shoulders, others have them in situations to reflect their job, while others have them done to reflect their hobbies. Either way, it is a fun, unique gift that shows consideration by employers for their staff.
So, if you are the boss, get into it!
If you are a staffer - suggest it to the boss.
Oh yeah - there have been quite a few of bosses from staff as well.
