Customer service does count

One thing we try to do at Caricature King, (just one of our several ‘internet’ businesses where you can get a great caricature drawn from a photo) is to provide the best service possible.
This can include advise, followup and generally just caring about the customer.
Customers are always asked for feedback or a testimonial and these are placed on the site. Generally they refer to the quality of the caricature or the speed of the turnaround. But sometime they go a little further, like this one:
To all at Caricatureking.com,
You provide great reassurance that high-quality business transactions continue to be conducted via the web.
With some initial hesitation given my unfamiliarity with your organization, I ordered a caricature with the intent of using it as a multi-use graphic for my Father’s retirement golf outing and party. However, my anxiety was immediately relieved when, within minutes, a friendly and informative representative confirmed receipt of my images and special requests.
When I received the finished product, I was very impressed with the creativity, wit, and overall quality the rendering reflected. It was precisely what I had hoped for.
Thank you for being communicative, reliable, responsive, timely, and delivering a terrific product. As my Uncle will soon be turning 65, rest assured, I will be in touch again with an ‘over-the-hill’ order.
Very sincerely,
Nicol H.
Good on you artist Eric
and gee, we and the admin end get a mention
But the important fact is this customer will now recommend my business to her friends. That’s the same as free customers. We won’t have to use Google ads, or newspaper ads - just let this kind person let her friends know that she knows a really good place to buy unique gifts.
